WARRIOR ZERO TRAINING COURSE TERMS OF SALE

APPLICABILITY

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) are the only terms that govern the sale and purchase of Warrior Zero training programs (the “Training Courses”).

For collaborated Warrior Zero Training Courses under the License Agreement dated January 1, 2026, The New Math LLC d/b/a Enlifted (“Seller”) shall serve as the seller of record and payment processor. Haley Strategic Training, LLC (“HST”) serves as co-instructor and brand owner but is not the seller of record unless otherwise specified in writing.

These Terms apply to direct purchases made through the website, online checkout, phone, or other authorized enrollment channels.

By placing your order for a Training Course, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS

Payment must be received by Seller prior to acceptance of enrollment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment methods may include:

  • Credit card
  • Wire transfer
  • Approved payment plan
  • Other prearranged methods

Seller reserves the right to:

  • Cancel or refuse enrollment at its sole discretion
  • Correct pricing or typographical errors
  • Change pricing for future Training Courses at any time

All invoices, if applicable, are due within the timeframe specified on the invoice.

TRAINING COURSE INFORMATION AND ORDERS

Seller has taken reasonable efforts to ensure that Training Course information is accurate; however, all information is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

All enrollments are subject to Seller’s acceptance. Seller may cancel or refuse any enrollment for any reason. If payment has already been processed for a canceled enrollment, a refund will be issued.

TRAINING COURSE CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS / EXCHANGES

Due to limited enrollment capacity and the live instructional nature of Warrior Zero, the following policies apply:

Warrior Zero Foundation Workshop

  • Cancellations must be requested no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the event start date.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than fourteen (14) days prior to the event.
  • If unable to attend live, Participant will receive access to the recording.

Warrior Zero Level 1 | 6-Week Virtual Program

  • Cancellations more than fourteen (14) days prior to program start are eligible for a  refund.
  • Cancellations within fourteen (14) days of program start are non-refundable.
  • No refunds once the program has begun.

In rare circumstances, Seller may cancel a Training Course. If this occurs, Participants will receive a full refund of tuition paid. Seller is not responsible for travel, lodging, or incidental expenses.

Approved cancellations and refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

READ CAREFULLY. BY ENROLLING IN WARRIOR ZERO, YOU ARE WAIVING CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS.

Warrior Zero is a live personal development training program that includes:

  • Emotional reflection
  • Breathwork practices
  • Guided writing exercises
  • Group discussion
  • Coaching demonstrations

Participant acknowledges that participation may involve emotional discomfort, personal reflection, and psychological stress.

Participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation.

Warrior Zero is not therapy, medical treatment, psychiatric treatment, or licensed mental health counseling.

Participant represents that they are:

  • Over 18 years of age
  • Of sound mind
  • Voluntarily participating
  • Not under coercion

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Participant releases and holds harmless Seller, HST, instructors, affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims arising out of participation in the Training Course, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

CODE OF CONDUCT

Participant agrees to:

  • Follow instructor directions
  • Respect confidentiality of other participants
  • Refrain from disruptive behavior
  • Maintain professional conduct

Failure to comply may result in removal from the Training Course without refund.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials provided in Warrior Zero Training Courses are protected intellectual property owned by Licensor and/or Licensee under the License Agreement.

Participants may not:

  • Record sessions without written consent
  • Reproduce materials
  • Distribute content
  • Teach or commercialize the curriculum

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

MEDIA RELEASE

As part of the course experience, participants may be recorded or photographed during live sessions, workshops, or related activities. These images, video recordings, and audio excerpts may be used for marketing, promotional, and future training purposes across digital and print platforms, including websites, social media, and educational materials.

Warrior Zero is committed to protecting participant privacy. While images and general session content may be used for promotional and educational purposes, no personal, confidential, or sensitive information shared by participants will be published, or disclosed. Any personal stories, private discussions, or individually identifiable sensitive information conveyed during the course will remain confidential and will not be used in marketing or training materials.

Participation in the course constitutes acknowledgment of and consent to these terms. 

NO WARRANTIES

Training Courses are provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

No guarantee is made regarding specific outcomes, results, or transformations.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Seller and HST shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by Participant for the applicable Training Course.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The parties will attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation.

If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Participant waives the right to trial by jury.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
